REIKI - 60 MINUTES - FULL TREATMENT RELAXATION & CHAKRA ALIGNMENT

After briefly discussing your concerns, you will lie down, fully clothed, on your back. Starting with your shoulders, I will begin the Reiki energy flow, continuing with hand placements on your head, torso, legs, feet, and arms, paying specific attention to any areas of pain or discomfort. Then I will ask you to turn over onto your stomach. I will concentrate the warm, soothing Reiki energy on your spine, where a series of powerful energy centers, called Chakras, line up. You may relax so deeply that you find yourself drifting off in a peaceful, meditative state.

REIKI - 30 MINUTES - SPOT RELAXATION/ PAIN RELIEF

This treatment is designed for those who have a specific area of concern - for instance, shoulder tension from spending days at the computer; lower back pain; joint flare-up inflammation from an old injury; too much worry stressing out your mind. When I concentrate treatment on specific areas, Reiki can help your body, mind, and spirit to heal themselves. (PS: Please remember that Reiki is a complement to traditional medicine. ALWAYS consult your physician for diagnosis and treatment advice first.)

The life force energy coursing through your body runs through a number of energy centers, called Chakras. The major Chakras run up and down from the base of your tailbone to the crown of your head. Often, the blocks to the free flow of energy occur at these Chakra centers. When Reiki is directed at them, it can break through blockages caused by stress or unresolved emotions, such as anger, grief, frustration, and depression. Chakra alignment can blossom into a calm, serene, and centered feeling.
